We use cnc & automated machinery in the fabrication stage. Often clients projects are finished by hand using direct flow air & water machinery to achive the perfect finish before installation.

Something else we like to offer our clients is arange of edge details & also drainer groove styles, including recessed drainer area's & custom made Quartz & Granite sinks to suit.

We can also provide a first class in house plumbing service if requierd.

We are a small family run business with a excellent track record for providing the very best in quality & also outstanding stone fabrication skills. All this with a extensive Stone industry knolege from new techniques to good old masonry skills, we can cover all aspecs for our clients needs.

At the quoutation stage it's alway best that we are given as much infomation as possible. this is so we can give the best price possible. We do recommend to our clients to get quotes from other companies too.

Sometimes there is a need to visit the site to clarify measurements & futher details, (samples given) that are important in this quotation stage. 

Plans can be emailed to us for quotation or the client can just pop in to see us.

The quotation normally takes 24-48hrs to process & the price given stands for a period of 28 days.

When we template our clients we generally achieve this in a couple of ways.

The first being hard board templating. This is when we use correx plastic. This process give us a good visual and physical layout of the clients project in the fabricion stage's & also varification to minimise mistakes & mismeasures. In some circumstances we will do a technical drawing, This maybe because of access & space to work in. The drawn plans are then converted back at our unit & cross checked.

Please note:¬At this time we ask our clients for their preference's on joint layouts, sinks, holes & drainers ect.

In the fabrication we like to call our clients in to visit us and confirm stone & colour choice from the ordered slabs.

This is important at this stage for a number of reasons. The samples are sometimes quite small & it is best to get a true represntation of a full slab. Therefore it important to always view the slab before fabrication takes place.

When fabrication takes place we use automated machinery to cut and polish & cnc machine is also used in these applications. All our machinery is diamond cut / polish witha direct air & water flow.

We always hand finish certain areas with direct air & water flow machinery to ensure the highest finish for our clients.

The surface are then cleaned & treated then stored in a racking system aready for installation.

On every installation we like to cover all internal access floors, stairways to protect the clients areas. 

We also romove drawers and cupboard doors where possible to minimise any potential damage that could be caused by the installation of heavy stone surfaces. then reinstall all cupboad doors & drawers.

Finally cleaning all the installed area's.

Over the years we have seen a change in our clients tastes & styles. We cover all of our clients needs from traditional to modernism.

Every project undertaken by us is always very different from the last as tastes are always changing. With this in mind we have become very adaptable to this. Using the right time served masonry skills and tooling to produce best finishes for our clients. We appreciate some finishing needs to be done on location, but rest assured these area are cleaned & tidy after installation.
